New Feathers

This is one of Terrace's fledglings, Horus. Yes yes...quite a stereotypic name for a bird, right? WELL SHUT YOUR MOUTH.

I don't have a picture of the other chick, but I still need a name for that one too.

Lesseee....Terrace, Horus...and......
...I like the name Artemis. Goddess of the Hunt, right? I'm horrible with mythology lmao.

AND WELL...IF IT'S A BOY, THEN.....

OK SO ARTEMIS AND HORUS ARE TERRACE'S CHICKS. YAY. SHUT UP.

Anyway, I'm both proud and a lil ashamed of this close-up. Terrace had flown away when two ladies had gotten close to Artemis. I was afraid they would fly away, but seeing as they didn't, I realized that they were much younger than I thought. They couldn't fly yet o_o

I was afraid that getting this close would like...mess up some weird nature balance thingy whatever blah. But seeing as Horus didn't follow me home and Terrace didn't attack me, I think I was ok...
